ORGANIC GREEN OLIVES

 

The olives are harvested in September. After sorting and selecting according to size they are placed in barrels and the direct use of brine (water and sea salt) is the process used for curing.

The time required for maturation and consumption is 5 - 6 months.

Organic olives are from certified estates that follow a defined way of cultivation and use of organic preparations.
