KAPA OLIVE FARM, based in Olynthos, Chalkidiki since 2000, processes and packages edible olives.

Wishing to maintain traditional preserving practices without the use of chemicals or additives for our produce which nature has so generously given us, we have incorporated our estates into the integrated management system (Producer Code No. 0101/015, Rural Property No.  0101 / 015-01-02 -04-04).   We follow all certified procedures in the production, processing and standardization of olives in order to meet quality and safety standards in line with European Food Regulations and HACCP requirements.

With the traditional way of maturing, the olives become unique for their fruity taste and high nutritional and energy value without additional preservatives.
